THE CLAIMED BY THE IGBO'S THAT THEY HAVE INVESTED WELL OVER 44trillions OF NAIRA IN THE NORTH

1. As being their reasons not to go! Really in the first instance who forced it on them, or called them by whatever disguise and ask them to secedes? Talk less of giving them any ultimatum! before the June 6th, Kaduna 2017 declaration? They that knew their investment and if really in means anything to them, are they not the one to do everything to safeguard and protect such investments?

2. Let them also note that their investment in the North when compared  with what the North have contributed to their very livelihood and wellbeing in the last 5 decades is nothing to write home about! If one take into account the amount of food stuffs, goods and other raw materials that leaves the North to their regions in these years under considerations (between; Cows, Sheeps, Goats, Donkeys, Horses, Fishes, Beans, Rice, Maize, Millets, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Ginger, Leathers, Sorghums, other Raw Materials for their industries) on a study tour by a research consultants and a lecture series by Babatunde Raji Fashola SAN, Lagos State Governor in 2012, which indicates that; food stuffs, goods and raw materials worth over 2 trillions leaves the North to Southern part of Nigeria on monthly basis, and indeed more than half of which is being used by the Igbo's or their companies! Therefore if one calculate from the data above the amount in trillions of Naira that the Northern part of Nigeria is Contributing to the well being and survival of fellow Nigerians of Southern extraction (just for the period of our Independence under review), one can see that in the last 56years the North contributed up to 2 trillion x 12months x 56years = 2 trillions x 672months = 1,344trillions or 1.344 quartrillion. Or to say if you divide the 1,344 trillions by their 44 trillions investment is just less than one to thirty of the contribution of the North to them and the entire Southern part of Nigeria. And this ensured their survival and well being! Is not about; spare parts, tee shirts, shoes, bags, some of which can even be found in Kano etc. But in our own case we are talking of their very essence of livelihood and survival, that they can live without! Or at best they know better what hunger portents! This is particularly very fresh with their elders that saw it all during the Civil War, which unfortunately they are the caused! Or are the ones that raised their swords and weapons against fellow Nigerians!

3. They told us their total investment in the North, so please can they also tell us what they are making from such investment from the North that kept them alive and prosperous more than anything they can claimed to gain anywhere world over!? From the 3 scenarios above it shows that if they are sensible enough, they even supposed to worship the North! as they are used to worshipping money and property! Arise and think more than twice! Don't play with your future! And don't bite the fingers that used to fed you! my dear greedy ingrates Biafrans. Enough supposed to be enough!

THE IGBO'S AND THE REST OF US Part 2

"The Igbos agitations and some of the consequences they have to contained with on their Biafra" From the available data on Landmass, the 5 Southeast Igbo states have a total landmass of 33,000sqkm which represent 3.38% of Nigeria total landmass, with a population of 16million +, from the 2006 national population census figures as gazetted, also taking into account the approved 2.8% annual population growth rate, plus the Igbos leaving in other parts of Nigeria, their population at most will be 25millions.

This means If the Igbo's goes home to the so called Biafra they will be living in an area of say worst cohabitation (in a very narrow or small space for habitation and business endeavours) if one divides their population by their landmass, the Igbos will have a population density of 760 people per square kilometer, which is the worst or most populated in Nigeria or say in the world over!) I then imagined with their greed and nature of amassing( land and wealth!) how they will survive it! To have a shelter, industries, farmlands, hotels etc as the way they freely have them on our land without any compensations whatsoever!

On the other hand if they leaved we will
be left with our land more than enough to carter for all the important things of livelihood with ease! And our people will have more than enough businesses to engaged into for their daily survivals, many of which now the Igbo's present denied them such opportunities! I therefore asked who really is doing a favour to the other? Is it we to them, or actually they to us!? A word is enough for a wise! Indeed even for the fools! Dr. Sadiq Abubakar Umar Gombe

THE IGBOS AND THE REST OF US

Lessons from the 2015 General Elections: Indeed in the 2015 General elections the North gave PMB/APC-80.23%, Southwest gave PMB/APC-15.31%, Southsouth that is even GEJ's zone gave PMB/APC 3.18% but the Igbo's Southeast gave PMB/APC-1.28% of their votes only! One can imagined they are all alone being with the PDP for the last 18years and giving PDP consistently more than 98% of their votes, having majority of all their; Senators, Federal House of Representative members, State Assembly members, Chairmen, Councillors etc, going to the PDP!, but the yet the PDP did not with the slightest mind set trust them to give them even the VP position in the last 16years of PDP rule in Nigeria! Also PDP did not do many of the key projects than the PMB's APC is doing to them today! But for their ingratitude look at what they are up to now with PMB/APC and the rest of Nigerians!.

Also with their; 5states and an average population of about 3.2million/state, when Northwest with 7statesand an average population of 5.3million/state,the Igbo's with just a population of 16millions, a voter strength of a little above 7millions voters, they have Federal Civil Servants of over 19,000 of the 89,000 National Total which represents 21.35% living the Northwest with the population of over 36millions, a voter strength of over 18million voters, but sadly with a Federal Civil Servants of just 8,100 which represents only 9.10%, imagined!.

Yet the Igbo's are everywhere crying for marginalization when they are not up to half the Northwest but have more than double the share of the Northwest in Federal Civil Servants allocation in Nigeria! One therefore was left to wonder what really can this people have to satisfy their greed and unsatiable lust for accumulation over and above others! After all even the so called oil that was developed by our sweat is from the Southsouth! not their Southeast So what really do they want to allow others a relative peace!? Also, despite the Civil War that lasted 3years and the mutual distrust that ensured after, when in 1979 we returned to civil rule, the North's NPN still Trusted them with a Position of a Vice President! In Alex Ekweime, therefore one wonder to then ask for Gods sake what else do they want from the North!? Or owned us other that gratitude!? but...... The saying goes that a leopards will never change its colour!.The reality remains either they are ready to change and appreciate the sacrifices make by others just to accommodate and tolerate them! for live and let's others just lived! Or the bitter truth is whether we can continue to tolerate them as they are! or at best since we can't satisfy their unsatiable lust! We have no any other alternative than to peacefully allows them to go! So that we can at least  have our peace.

For my brother former President GEJ where was he when our people were humiliated, arrested, maimed, etc in the Southeast before his watch as a leader? Or yet when our people were butchered, maimed, brutally killed at Ile Ife! We did not hear from him the slogan that a Nigeria have the right to live in every part if Nigeria that he/she chooses to! So some are full/real Nigerians while others are half/fake Nigerians!? We can only progressed if we genuinely and truely choose to stand on the side of justice any time any day! No matter who is involved. Otherwise.... Dr. Sadiq Abubakar Umar Gombe
